  • Technical / Customer Support Executive – International Voice
  • Excellent communication skills in English with ability to manage customer conversation ensuring confidence, clarity and ability to build rapport
  • Should be able to analyze issues of customers & provide solution ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Trouble-shooting & Customer support to premium clients over the phone (inbound)
  • Keyboard & PC Literate (User level knowledge of Operating Systems)

  • Excellent English communication
  • Enthusiastic, energetic and team player
  • Freshers & experienced, both can apply
  • Undergraduates & Graduate both are eligible
  • Final year graduates awaiting results/result published online are also eligible
  • Knowledge of basics of - MS Office(Word/Excel/Power Point)
  • BE/B.TECH (Only EEE, CSE, ECE and Instrumentation) are eligible
  • CA, CS, ICWA, M.Tech, MCA, LLB, LLM, Pharma etc. NOT eligible
  • Candidates pursuing or completed Distance MBA/PGDM are eligible
  • Candidates pursuing any of the above courses or any other regular courses are NOT eligible
