Job Description:
- Technical / Customer Support Executive – International Voice
- Excellent communication skills in English with ability to manage customer conversation ensuring confidence, clarity and ability to build rapport
- Should be able to analyze issues of customers & provide solution ensuring customer satisfaction
- Trouble-shooting & Customer support to premium clients over the phone (inbound)
- Keyboard & PC Literate (User level knowledge of Operating Systems)
Skills you need:
- Excellent English communication
- Enthusiastic, energetic and team player
- Freshers & experienced, both can apply
- Undergraduates & Graduate both are eligible
- Final year graduates awaiting results/result published online are also eligible
- Knowledge of basics of - MS Office(Word/Excel/Power Point)
- BE/B.TECH (Only EEE, CSE, ECE and Instrumentation) are eligible
- CA, CS, ICWA, M.Tech, MCA, LLB, LLM, Pharma etc. NOT eligible
- Candidates pursuing or completed Distance MBA/PGDM are eligible
- Candidates pursuing any of the above courses or any other regular courses are NOT eligible
- Ready to work in Night Shift & Rotational Shift
