Job Description - Tech support Supervisor / Sup Caller for Out bound voice process
Key tasks - Resolves process-related queries from team members . Interacts with customers through regular calls to resolve customer queries & escalations, give process status, get queries resolved & share information. Handles critical communications with customers
Functional Area - Senior Customer Care Executive .
Designation - Supervisor .
Minimum 1 year - 3 years experienced .
Salary is Negotiable + huge incentives
Willing to do night shift .
Shift Timing - 11 pm - 8 am
