Job Description
Currently Hiring For CCE, Senior CCE, Team Leaders and Operation Managers for our captive international processes:
For CCE and Sr. CCE positions:
- Prior experience in Customer Service industry will be an added advantage.
- Should be open to work in Night shifts.
- Freshers with good communication skills are invited.
�Team Leaders:
- Team Management Skills.
- Motivated to drive sales and meet targets.
- Minimum 3 to 4 years experience as a Team Leader.
- Can work in a dynamic work environment.
- Must be open to work in night shifts.
Operations Manager:
- Should have worked as an operations manager in international outbound call centers for at least 4 to 5 years.
- Must be a graduate in any stream.
- People with center management experience would be given preference .
Quality Analyst:
- Must have quality experience with international BPOs.
- Flexible to work in shifts.
- Candidates must have at least 2 years of relevant experience.
Desired Candidate Profile
We need fluent English Communication, Willing to work in a challenging environment in captive international processes.
- Should be at least 18 years of age.
- Quick learners are appreciated.
- Basic Computer knowledge required.
- Minimum Educational requirement is 10+2.
- Confident and must have the Go Get it Attitude.
