Job Description

Currently Hiring For CCE, Senior CCE, Team Leaders and Operation Managers for our captive international processes:

For CCE and Sr. CCE positions:

•  Prior experience in Customer Service industry will be an added advantage.
•  Should be open to work in Night shifts.
• Freshers with good communication skills are invited.

�Team Leaders:

• Team Management Skills.
• Motivated to drive sales and meet targets.
• Minimum 3 to 4 years experience as a Team Leader.
• Can work in a dynamic work environment.
• Must be open to work in night shifts.

Operations Manager:

• Should have worked as an operations manager in international outbound call centers for at least 4 to 5 years.
• Must be a graduate in any stream.
• People with center management experience would be given preference .

Quality Analyst:

• Must have quality experience with international BPOs.
• Flexible to work in shifts.
• Candidates must have at least 2 years of relevant experience.

Desired Candidate Profile

We need fluent English Communication, Willing to work in a challenging environment in captive international processes.

•    Should be at least 18 years of age.
•    Quick learners are appreciated.
•    Basic Computer knowledge required.
•    Minimum Educational requirement is 10+2.
